This isn’t a new blog — Anlek Consulting has been around for a while. But the old site was stale, and honestly it didn’t represent what we do anymore. So we scrapped it and started over.
What’s different
The old site was a brochure. This one’s going to be more than that.
We’ll write about the work:
- Architecture decisions — the ones that saved a project, and the ones that cost six months
- AI that ships — not pitch decks and demos, but agents and automation running in production
- Ruby and Elixir — the tools we reach for first, and why
- The business side — what we’ve learned about consulting, billing, and saying no to the wrong projects
Why write at all?
Because a blog post about how we solved a real problem tells you more than a services page ever could. And because we’ve been doing this for 25 years and have opinions worth sharing.
We’ll keep posts short and honest. No fluff, no thought leadership, no “leveraging synergies.” Just the work.
