Anlek Consulting is run by Andrew Kalek — a developer who's been writing production code since the late '90s. Started in the Bay Area, now based in the Yukon, working remotely with teams across North America.

The work is Ruby/Rails, Elixir/Phoenix, AI integration, and automating the stuff that wastes your team's time. I've built greenfield apps, rescued legacy systems, and helped companies figure out where AI actually fits (and where it doesn't).
