Anlek Consulting is a software consultancy in the Yukon, founded and run by Andrew Kalek.

Andrew has been writing production code professionally since 2001. He started in Toronto, Ontario, and now lives off-grid in the Yukon; Anlek works remotely with teams across North America.

Most of our work now is helping teams adopt AI agents and assistants safely and work out an AI strategy that fits them. The rest is Ruby on Rails, Elixir and Phoenix: new applications, legacy rescue, and automating tasks that waste a team's time. We run Anlek on the same agent setup we recommend.
